Sinopsis: La estatua de la Virgen que corona “El Panecillo” mira y sonria hacia la cara norte de la ciudad, hogar de la gente rica. En el sur, donde la mayoría de los habitantes son pobres, sólo ven su espalda. "A tus espaldas" es la historia de Jorge Chicaiza Cisneros, un acomplejado empleado de banco que dedica su vida a esconder su origen humilde y su realidad racial mestiza; él, junto a una bella colombiana, descubre en la hipocresía y la corrupción imperantes en la ciudad, la manera de lograr el elemento más importante en sus vidas: dinero.
Synopsis: The statue of the Virgin that crowns "The Panecillo" looks and smiles to the north of the city, home to wealthier people. In the south, where most of its inhabitants are the most poor, they only see her back. "Behind Your Back" is the story of Jorge Chicaiza Cisneros, a young man working at a bank in Quito and whose main concern in life is to forget and hide his humble origins in the poor neighborhoods of the south city and his mestizo racial reality. Jordi meets Greta by coincidence, a Colombian girl who has come to Ecuador to make a living. With her he'll discover hidden realities and other accepted with resignation by Ecuadorian society, and the way to their main concern:money.

Sinopsis: ¿Que tienen en común un mago, una top model, un escritor, un licenciado y un campeón de aguas abiertas? Todos tienen un mismo pasado y destino. Comparten junto a muchos otros el orgullo y la desdicha de ser ecuatorianos.
Y ahora se encuentran estancados en la sala de espera de un aeropuerto de algún país de la Unión Europea. Ahí tratarán de convivir con muchos otros compatriotas y poco a poco convertirán su lugar de detención, en un pequeño Ecuador.
Synopsis: In some first world airport, the arrival of an aircraft is heard. The members of the European Union pass immigration, while a group of Ecuadorians is arrested. But while they wait to be deported, it seems as though everyone is hiding something, including Prometeo, a young man with his hands tied up like a criminal who carries a magic trunk as luggage. As there are no immediate return flights, little by little the waiting room starts filling up and begins to reflect the country of origin, Ecuador. There is no possible exit. The only alternative left is illusion.

Sinopsis: Viaje de auto-descubrimiento de dos mujeres jóvenes mientras viajan por Ecuador haciendo autostop en medio de un paro nacional. Synopsis: Esperanza and Tristeza both have to get to Cuenca. However, by an unlucky turn of events, the bus they are on gets delayed due to a worker strike. Taking their journey into their own hands, they decide to hitchhike to Cuenca. Along the way they meet interesting characters who help them re-evaluate the purpose of their journey.

A medicine man tells Francisca and Juliana that their youngest sister Sara must remain a virgin to protect their land. A travelling salesman, engaged to Sara, tells the police that she is being kept locked up by her older sisters.
