La gastronomía ecuatoriana está fuertemente influenciada por la de los pueblos incas y españoles, así como inmigrantes de los últimos años como es la comunidad china. Esta situación le ha aportado gran variedad de platos, ingredientes y técnicas culinarias.
Profesor: Nuria Rodríguez: Prestigiosa chef española con más de 10 años de experiencia en reconocidos hoteles y restaurantes como Clece Restoration, Ramiro Restaurants y Serunión. Actualmente trabaja como chef en el Olive Beach Restaurant de Diplomat Hotel, en Nueva Delhi.

Cooking Course:Ecuatorian Cuisine
Monday 19th and Tuesday 20th from 4pm to 6.30pm
Synopsis: Ecuatorian cuisine is rich and varied thanks to the different traditions of the regions of the country which include coast, Andes, Amazonas and central. Ecuatorian cuisine is highly influenced by the Incas and the Spanish, and also for the immigration of the last years including the Chinese community. This situation has provided a rich variety of meals, ingredients and cooking techniques.
Teacher: Nuria Rodríguez: prestigious Spanish chef with over ten years of experience in renowned hotels and restaurants as Clece Restoration, Ramiro Restaurants and Serunión. She is currently working as chef at the Olive Beach restaurant of the Diplomat Hotel in New Delhi.
